I have been taking photos for a number of years. My speciality is sports, especially football, and I recently started a blog with hints and tips on taking sports photos, and general anecdotes related to the games and the clubs involved.
I do not just take pictures of sports, and I have a collection of photos I have taken on the way to games and when I have been out and about generally. For many of them I have more information that will fit into a caption on Picasa or Facebook.
This is not a blog of tips and tricks like my sports blog: there are plenty of books and websites about how to take many of the subjects of these photos, my aim here is to tell more of the story behind the photo.
